result, the company should be eligible to join the FTSE techMARK All-Share Index

Steven Mills, Chief Executive of Ferraris Group plc said:
"Inclusion within techMARK, and more specifically within techMARK mediscience,
is an important affirmation of Ferraris' transition to a dedicated healthcare
company. We hope that this classification will allow us to benefit from a
clearer peer group comparison, providing a focal point for investors seeking to
track the market performance of growing healthcare companies."
