South African Rand Recovers Slightly Against U.S. Dollar

The South African rand recovered slightly versus its U.S.
counterpart during Monday's European trading. The rand rose to
7.6985 around 7:10 am ET, rising from 7.7234 hit earlier. As of
now, the U.S. dollar-rand pair is trading at 7.6706, compared to
Friday's New York session close of 7.6575.
