to update the public on the status of our communications recovery
from the Taiwan earthquake disaster. Effective from 11:42 am today,
our overseas communications and international dialing services
basically resumed, being one of the first carriers in Hong Kong to
restore essential overseas communications services. With the
resumption, CTI Group customers were able to use Internet service
as normal to access overseas websites and other applications such
as MSN Messenger, ICQ and Yahoo Messenger. We would like to

their extraordinary efforts that resulted in this speedy service
recovery. The Group will continue to closely monitor network
