Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On January 23, 2023, Igor Fuks notified the board of directors (the “Board”) of Dune Acquisition Corporation. (the “Company”) of his decision to resign from the Board and the Audit Committee of the Board effective January 24, 2023. Mr. Fuks indicated that his resignation is a result of his focus on his other professional commitments.

 

Mr. Fuks’ resignation was not the result of any dispute or disagreement with the Company or the Board on any matter relating to the operations, policies or practices of the Company.
