HMN Financial, Inc., (HMN) (Nasdaq:HMNF) today announced that it will pay a regular quarterly dividend of 25 cents per share payable on March 7, 2007 to stockholders of record on February 16, 2007. HMN today announced that its annual meeting will be held at the Rochester Golf and Country Club, located at 3100 West Country Club Road, Rochester, Minnesota on Tuesday, April 24, 2007, at 10:00 a.m. local time. HMN also announced that its Board of Directors has extended its stock repurchase program until July 23, 2008; authorizing HMN to purchased up to 300,000 shares of its common stock from time to time in transactions on the NASDAQ Market or otherwise.
