Sea Ray Now Offering 14.5"-diameter TracVision M3 Satellite TV
System as Option on New Boats 29-44' in Length Sea Ray customers
expect to enjoy the best their boats have to offer, including the
excitement of live satellite television. For years, owners of Sea
Ray boats 44' and longer looked to the award-winning KVH
TracVision(R) 4 and 4-HP satellite TV antennas. Now, Sea Ray, one
of the world's largest makers of in-board recreational powerboats,
offers small boat owners what they've been missing - premium
digital satellite TV with no compromise in performance thanks to
the groundbreaking TracVision M3 from KVH Industries, Inc.,
(Nasdaq: KVHI). With the TracVision M3 now included as an option on
boats 29-44', Sea Ray sets a new standard for technology and
entertainment in the marine industry. "The smaller boats make up a
large segment of our business, and we're thrilled to finally have
the opportunity to offer mobile satellite TV to our customers,"
said Rob Noyes, Sea Ray's vice president of marketing. "Up until
now, satellite TV was a total impossibility for these folks because
the antennas were just too big. All it took was for KVH to come up
with a TracVision solution that was small enough to fit without
compromising performance, and we had ourselves a way to meet a huge
demand, while offering all the quality and reliability Sea Ray
customers have come to expect." The 14.5"-diameter TracVision M3
offers everything a small boat owner needs to enjoy more than 300
channels of DIRECTV(R) programming, including 70+ channels of XM
Satellite Radio music, when cruising along the coast and as far as
200 miles offshore. The TracVision M3 also includes KVH's exclusive
12-volt satellite TV receiver and an RF remote control that allows
users to change channels even if the receiver is safely tucked away
in a cabinet or stateroom closet. Commenting on Sea Ray's selection
of the TracVision M3, Ian Palmer, KVH's executive vice president of
satellite sales, remarked, "Sea Ray and KVH share a commitment to
superior quality and a truly remarkable user experience. By
extending its offering of TracVision technology to smaller boats,
Sea Ray confirms why it is recognized industry-wide as a leader in
maritime technology, innovation, and craftsmanship. We look forward
to continuing to work with Sea Ray to bring outstanding performance
and digital satellite TV entertainment to their discerning
customers." Complete details regarding the TracVision M3 and the
