(NASDAQ:LARL) today announced that at its Board of Directors meeting of October 27, 2005, a cash dividend of $.20 per share on the Company's common stock was declared. The dividend is payable November 28, 2005 to stockholders of record November 14, 2005. This is the 73rd consecutive cash dividend paid by the Company since converting to a publicly held Company in 1987.
