Item 2.02. Results of Operation and Financial Condition.
On October 24, 2007, Legacy Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) the holding company for Legacy Banks, issued a press release announcing its financial results for the third quarter 2007. The Company will conduct a conference call at 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time on October 25, 2007 to discuss the results for the quarter ended September 30, 2007. Instructions on how to access the call are contained in the press release, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
