Sequential Brands Group Announces New Handbag and Accessories Partner for Joe’s Jeans

Sequential Brands Group, Inc. (Nasdaq:SQBG) (“Sequential” or the
“Company”) announced today that it has signed a long-term licensing
agreement with Showroom35 to design and manufacture handbags and
small leather goods for its fashion brand Joe’s Jeans.
“This is an exciting time for Joe’s Jeans as we
begin to tell the brand’s lifestyle story through new product
extensions and activate our growth platform for 2016 and beyond,”
said Jameel Spencer, Division President of Fashion &
Entertainment at Sequential Brands Group.
A full collection of handcrafted leather
handbags and small leather goods for women will launch in Fall 2016
at better department stores, Joe’s retail stores and online. The
collection is positioned to retail between $138 to $288.
