General Electric Capital Corp. has appointed Citi (C) and Goldman Sachs International (GS) to organize a series of investor meetings in the Middle East, Asia and Europe during the week commencing Oct. 19th, one of the banks leading the deal said Thursday.

The meetings will target Sukuk and conventional fixed income investors, the bank said.

GECC is rated Aa2 at Moody's Investors Service and AA+ at Fitch Ratings Inc.
