Corporation (NYSE: ALL) announced dividends today, continuing its
practice of providing attractive cash returns to shareholders.
"These dividends, along with stock repurchases, demonstrate our
strong commitment of proactively returning cash to Allstate

Allstate's chief financial officer. "Allstate returned $565 million of capital to our shareholders in
the first quarter of 2016."
Common Stock Dividends
The Allstate Corporation
declared a quarterly dividend of 33
cents on each outstanding share of the corporation's common
stock, payable in cash on July 1,
2016, to stockholders of record at the close of business on
June 3, 2016.
Preferred Stock Dividends
The Allstate Corporation
also declared approximately $29.1
million in aggregate dividends on five series of preferred
stock for the dividend period from April 15,
2016 through July 14, 2016.
All of the preferred dividends are payable in cash on July 15, 2016 to stockholders of record at the
close of business on June 30, 2016,
