BlackRock Announces Changes to Three iShares Treasury ETFs

Effective on or after July 1, 2016, iShares will change the
underlying indexes for the following three iShares Treasury
exchange traded funds (ETFs) from Barclays to ICE U.S. Treasury
Bond Index Series indexes:

Current shareholders in the above mentioned funds are not
required to take any actions as a result of these changes.
