Dana Corporation Announces Organizational Changes in Commercial Vehicle & Off-Highway Operations

TOLEDO, Ohio, Dec. 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Dana Corporation
(NYSE:DCN) today announced a pair of organizational changes within
its global commercial vehicle and off-highway businesses. (Logo:

"Nick" Cole, president of Dana's Heavy Vehicle Technologies and
Systems Group, has elected to retire after 37 years of service to
the company. Mr. Cole, who most recently was responsible for Dana's
global commercial vehicle and off-highway operations, will retire
at the end of this year. "For nearly four decades, Nick Cole has
served the Dana Corporation and its customers in a variety of
global disciplines and assignments," said Dana chairman and CEO
Michael J. Burns. "On behalf of the entire Dana organization, I
want to thank Nick for his service and extend our best wishes in
his retirement." In conjunction with Mr. Cole's retirement, Nick
Stanage has been named president, Heavy Vehicle Products. In this
expanded role, Mr. Stanage will continue to lead Dana's commercial
vehicle business and will assume overall responsibility for
coordination of the company's global off-highway operations. Mr.
Stanage joined Dana in August 2005 as vice president and general
manager, Commercial Vehicle Group. He came to Dana after nearly 20
years at Honeywell, Inc., where he most recently served as vice
president and general manager of the Engine Systems and Accessories
division, which is associated with the company's aerospace
operations. He began his career with Honeywell in 1986 as an
engineer. His subsequent roles at Honeywell included serving
marketing manager for Aerospace Equipment Systems, director of
Engineering and Program Management, vice president of Operations,
and vice president of Integrated Supply Chain and Technology for
the company's Consumer Products Group, which produces a variety of
automotive products. He began his career as an engineer with Clark
Equipment Company. "I am confident that Nick's outstanding
combination of technical, industrial, and leadership capabilities
will serve these businesses and our customers well as we move
