Statoil Awards Contracts Worth NOK1.6 Billion

Norway's Statoil ASA (STO) said Wednesday it has awarded
contracts worth 1.6 billion Norwegian kroner ($184 million) for
services at its Oseberg Vestflanken 2, Johan Sverdrup and Gina Krog
developments in the North Sea.
The oil and gas producer said the contracts include marine
operations, marine construction, engineering, procurement and
construction (EPC) of an unmanned wellhead platform as well as
modifications at the Oseberg Field Centre.
