On January 24, 2024, the Company’s Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share on the Company's common stock.  The dividend is payable on March 7, 2024 to the stockholders of record on February 15, 2024.  A copy of the press release announcing the dividend declaration is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.

MINERALS TECHNOLOGIES DECLARES QUARTERLY DIVIDEND

NEW YORK, January 24, 2024 – Minerals Technologies Inc. (NYSE: MTX) (“MTI” or “the Company”) today declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.10 (ten cents) per share on the Company’s common stock. The dividend is payable on March 7, 2024, to the stockholders of record at the close of business on February 15, 2024.
