Syniverse Names Lori Gonnu as Executive Vice President

Syniverse Technologies (NYSE:SVR), a leading provider of
technology and business solutions for the global telecommunications
industry, announced today that it has named Lori Gonnu as executive
vice president and general manager to lead the company�s global
roaming services and interworking line of business. In this new
role, Gonnu will be responsible for continuing to grow the
company�s leadership position in the roaming space while supporting
the increasing number of current and potential operator customers
moving toward the adoption of roaming hub models. She will report
from Syniverse�s offices in Paris, France.
Gonnu joins Syniverse from French mobile operator SFR, a Vivendi
company (Euronext:VIV), where she served as executive director of
the international division. In this capacity she led the financial,
commercial and marketing aspects of the business as well as the
development of international products and services. Gonnu joined
Vivendi in 1990, and her many contributions have had a lasting
impact on the company�s success.

Gonnu has served as a member of the Executive Management Committee
of the GSM Association (GSMA), a global association of over 750
mobile operators dedicated to driving the growth of the mobile
communications industry. Her leadership positions include sponsor
of the GSMA roaming and interconnection working groups BARG, TADIG,
IREG and IWG. In addition, she served as the initiator and sponsor
of the Open Connectivity (roaming and SMS hubbing) and Global
Roaming Quality projects, both of which are evolutionary
initiatives that will enable mobile operators to enhance subscriber
quality of experience while realizing operational efficiency.
