U.S. Trust Names Thong Nguyen as West Division Executive and Chris Heilmann as Fiduciary Solutions Group Head

it has named two senior executives to key leadership positions in

Nguyen has been named as West Division Executive to lead the firm's
offices in California, Arizona, Nevada, Oregon and Washington.
Nguyen will be based in San Francisco and will report directly to
Keith Banks, president of U.S. Trust, Bank of America Private
Wealth Management. Nguyen was most recently head of Fiduciary
Solutions, leading trust, tax, estate and fiduciary organizations
for Bank of America's Global Wealth & Investment Management
(GWIM) division. Chris Heilmann has been named head of the
Fiduciary Solutions Group, the position previously held by Nguyen.
Heilmann was most recently National Fiduciary Executive for U.S.
Trust®. He will be based in New York. "U.S. Trust has been the

takes on his new assignment, he will continue to play a key role in
firm-wide strategic initiatives. Additionally, he will remain an
active member of Bank of America's Global Diversity & Inclusion
Council. Heilmann brings more than 37 years of trust and private
banking experience to this new role. Previous to the Bank of
America and Merrill Lynch merger he was chairman and CEO of Merrill
Lynch Trust Company. Before that, he spent more than 25 years at
Fleet Financial Group in Boston where he had been an executive vice
president and senior manager of FleetBoston Financial Corporation's
