                           Change of board membership



Galleon Holdings plc, ("Galleon" or "the Group"), the AIM-quoted cross-media
Company, announces the resignation, effective 31 March 2003 of Mr Rohan
Courtney, Deputy Chairman.



Mr Courtney was appointed Chief Executive of Turnbulls Group Ltd on 1 November
2002 and has decided to reduce his portfolio of non-executive directorships.



The board of Galleon thank him for his contribution to the company and wish him
well for the future.
