                   Galleon Holdings plc: Notifiable Interest



Galleon Holdings plc, ('Galleon') the AIM-listed cross media Company has been
informed today that Ian Rosenblatt has disposed of 56,286,950 ordinary shares,
or 6.6 percent of Galleon's issued share capital. Mr. Rosenblatt no longer holds
a notifiable interest in the share capital of the Company.


Galleon has also been informed that Sanctuary Group Plc (London Stock Exchange,
"SGP") now holds 56,286,950 ordinary shares of the Company, and accordingly owns
6.6 percent of the issued share capital of Galleon.

James Driscoll, MBE, the Chairman of Galleon, is also a non-executive director
of Sanctuary Group Plc.
