AHL Ameriplas Holdings Ltd

Ameriplas Holdings Ltd. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: AHL) is pleased to announce that the Company's annual audited financial statements and related management's discussion and analysis for the financial year ended November 30, 2009 (the "Financial Disclosure") were filed on SEDAR on April 23, 2010.

The British Columbia Securities Commission (the "BCSC") issued today an order revoking the cease trade order (the "CTO") it issued on April 14, 2010 pursuant to section 164 of the Securities Act (British Columbia) in connection with the late filing of the Financial Disclosure.

The Company will apply to the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange") to have trading in its common shares reinstated. The common shares of the Company were suspended by the Exchange as a result of the CTO issued by the BCSC in connection with the late filing of the Financial Disclosure.
