Brigadier Gold Limited (TSX VENTURE:BRG) (FRANKFURT:B7LN) (the "Company") is
pleased to announce that it has reached an agreement with Salta Exploraciones SA
("Salta") and SESA Holdings LLC to substitute the $150,000 payment to Salta and
SESA with the issuance by the Company of 700,000 treasury shares. The payment is
required under the option agreement respecting the Incamayo Property.
