Power has resigned as a director of HTN in order to pursue other business
opportunities. The board of directors of HTN wishes to thank Mr. Power for his
contributions to the Corporation and wishes him the best in his future
endeavors. The board of directors intends to seek a replacement for the vacancy
left by Mr. Power's departure and intends to have a nominee at the Corporation's
next annual meeting of shareholders.
