HPQ Silicon Inc. (“HPQ” or the “Company”) (TSX-V: HPQ) (OTCQB: HPQFF) (FRA: O08), a technology company specializing in green engineering processes for silica and silicon material manufacturing announces that on December 28, 2023, HPQ Board of Directors has granted the following incentive stock options under the company's 2021 Stock Option Plan to directors, officers, employees, and consultants of the company entitling the option holders to acquire an aggregate of 9,800,000 common shares of the company. These options are exercisable at a price of $0.215 per share and will expire on December 28th, 2028. Each share issued pursuant to those grants will have a mandatory four (4) months and one (1) day holding period from the date of the grant of the options.
