Integrated Asset Management Corp. (TSX:IAM) ("IAM") today announced that the
Board of Directors approved the appointment of John Robertson as President and
Chief Operating Officer of IAM, effective immediately. Victor Koloshuk,
co-founder of IAM, will continue as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.

In 1987, John Robertson co-founded First Treasury, now Integrated Private Debt
Corp. ("IPD"), the wholly-owned private corporate debt subsidiary of IAM. He
brought his team into IAM in 2000. John will continue to serve as President and
Chief Executive Officer of IPD.

Victor Koloshuk said "Our company continues to grow. In the last year alone, we
added Northern Rivers and River Plate House to our alternative asset classes. In
order to realize our potential, it is time for me to share the leadership
responsibility and I'm looking forward to working closely with John".

John Robertson added "Victor has conceived and built an outstanding alternative
asset management company. I'm excited about the prospect of working with Victor
and the whole team to take advantage of the growing demand for high quality,
conservatively managed alternative asset products".

IAM is one of Canada's leading alternative asset management companies, with
approximately $2.3 billion in assets and committed capital under management in
private corporate debt, real estate, managed futures, global bonds, private
equity and retail alternative investments.
