iSIGN Media Announces a Grant of Options to a Director

Toronto, Ontario - March 28, 2013 - iSIGN Media Solutions Inc.
("iSIGN" or "Company") (TSX-V: ISD) (OTCQX: ISDSF), a leading
provider of interactive mobile advertising solutions that serves
advertisers, manufacturers, retailers and advertising agencies
throughout North America, announces that it has granted 125,000
stock options at an exercise price of $0.24 per share, to a
director of the Company.
The 125,000 options have a term of five years and have vesting
restrictions. Ten percent of the company's 68,098,686 outstanding
shares are reserved for issuance under the Company's stock options
plan. This grant is subject to regulatory approval.
