MPVC Inc. (TSX VENTURE:UNO) ("MPVC", the "Company") is pleased to announce that
it has retained First Canadian Capital Corp. ("First Canadian") as a consultant
to provide strategic marketing and investor relations services to further raise
investor awareness for MPVC. 


Under the terms of the agreement with First Canadian (the "Agreement"), MPVC
will pay First Canadian $6,000 per month and has granted 300,000 stock options
at an exercise price of $0.15 (fifteen cents) per share, which shall vest in
accordance with the company's stock option plan and the policies of the TSX
Venture Exchange. The Agreement is for an initial term of three months and may
be renewed in three month increments subject to the right of either party to
terminate at the end of the term. The Agreement and related stock option
issuance to First Canadian remain subject to the approval of the TSX Venture
Exchange

MPVC is focused on the discovery of a world class uranium deposit at its
Northwest Manitoba project. Building on nearly $8 million dollars in past
exploration work the Company has just completed land and water radon surveys
over a 10km by 3km focus area. Highly anomalous radon results associated with
