Unsecured Notes due 2031 (the '2031 Fixed/Floating Rate
Notes'),
US$2,250,000,000 5.450% Fixed Rate/Floating Rate Senior
Unsecured Notes due 2036 (the '2036 Fixed/Floating Rate
Notes'),
US$750,000,000 Floating Rate Senior Unsecured Notes due 2029
(the '2029
Floating Rate Notes') and
US$750,000,000 Floating Rate Senior Unsecured Notes due 2031
(the '2031
Floating Rate Notes' and,
together with the 2029 Fixed/Floating Rate Notes, the 2031
Fixed/Floating Rate Notes, 2036 Fixed/Floating Rate Notes and the
2029 Floating Rate Notes, the 'Notes') pursuant to an indenture dated 26 August
2009 (as amended and supplemented from time to time and as most
recently amended and supplemented by
a 35th supplemental
indenture dated 3 March 2025).

Exchange.
