Moscow--Russia is unlikely to introduce capital controls any time soon, although it can't be ruled out as an option, Andrei Kosyon, the chief executive of VTB Group said Wednesday.

"I don't exclude it in principle, but the issue is not discussed now", he said on the sidelines on an investment conference in Moscow.

Russia's central bank and finance ministry both denied a Bloomberg report Tuesday that the Kremlin is considering capital controls if the rate of outflows intensifies.
