acquire 100% of Bong Spirit Imports, LLC, the creator of Super
Premium Vodka™ from Holland. Upon
closing the transaction, Jimi Beach,
co-founder & artistic director of Bong Spirit Imports will join
the Board of Directors of Millennium Prime.
