Spectrum Acquisition Holdings, Inc. (OTC Market: SPAH), announces its new name. Spectrum Acquisition Holdings, Inc. is now Nouveau Holdings, Ltd. (OTC Market: NHLI).

Also announced is a reverse stock split where 1 share of common stock will be issued for previously issued 800 shares of common stock.

A 1 for 800 reverse split of the Company’s common stock, par value $0.001 per share (the “Reverse Split”), and a name change from “Spectrum Acquisition Holdings Ltd.” to “Nouveau Holdings, Ltd.” (the “Name Change” and together with the Reverse Split, the “Corporate Action”) was effected through a Certificate of Amendment filed with the Nevada Secretary of State on February 19, 2013. This Corporate Action was approved by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. effective April 30, 2013.
