Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

 

On September 21, 2021 the Company issued a news releases regarding an offer letter with Close Leasing Limited for the debt financing of the Battery Energy Storage System to be located in Kent, England. The debt financing will be up to US$31.6 million for the construction of the 99.8 mw facility.
