SB LiMotive, a joint venture between South Korea's Samsung SDI Co. (006400.SE) and Germany's Robert Bosch GmbH (BOS.YY), will supply car batteries for India's Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. (500520.BY) , Samsung SDI said Tuesday.

SB LiMotive will start supplying lithium-ion battery packs for Mahindra & Mahindra's hybrid SUVs from 2013, Samsung SDI said in a statement, without stating the size of the deal.
