Steven A. Zeldin accepted an appointment as CEO and Chairman of Wi-Fi TV Inc., effective January 1, 2009, and brings over 21 years' experience in the travel industry, 10 years of military experience, has been involved with the Wi-Fi TV web site for ten of these years, and also is involved in products and projects pertaining to the environment.

Previously, Mr. Zeldin outlined his goals for Wi-Fi TV, which included:
