Ngensolutions LLC

  • We are currently in final negotiations with a cable provider for carriage of Azteca America and Mexicanal on the expanded basic line up serving over 350,000 video customers.
  • We are in the final stage of signing an affiliation agreement with Mexicanal, a regional Mexican programming service provider. Mexicanal will provide content in the evenings to augment the planned financial channel.
  • We have moved the KXTO-AM 1550 Radio Station to our new facility.
  • We are planning an "Open House" of the newly acquired television studio in Reno, Nevada. Shareholders are invited to attend. The date of this event will be announced shortly.

Ngensolutions is a media company with interests in radio and television properties located in Reno, Nevada. Ngensolutions is the owner-operator of KRRI-LP Channel 25 and KELM-LP Channel 43 television stations. Ngensolutions also owns an interest in KXTO-AM 1550 Radio, which is broadcasting and generating revenue.

Satview Broadband Ltd.

  • We have signed a NDA (non-disclosure agreement) for a cable system with approximately 20,000 subscribers in the Arizona market.
  • We have signed a purchase agreement for approximately 3,200 customers of a cable system in Northern Nevada. This system can be easily incorporated into Satview's existing structure.

Satview has been in operations for nine years and is headquartered in Reno, Nevada. Satview holds franchise systems in four markets in Nevada and Utah. It provides cable television and is an Internet provider.

CORRECTION: Previously we announced the leasing of a television studio in Reno, Nevada. In the announcement it was stated the space consisted of 6,019 square feet. The studio is actually over 20,000 square feet.
