Ngensolutions LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of WENR Corporation (PINKSHEETS: WNRC), announced today it has entered into an agreement with Northern Nevada Soccer League, a Non-Profit Soccer Association with 5,000 active members in various Soccer Teams. The Soccer league is over 20 years old and is the largest league of its kind in Northern Nevada.

Under the terms of the Agreement, Azteca channel operated by Ngensolutions in Reno, Nevada, has the exclusive rights to broadcast a Soccer Show on Mondays for the league. In addition Azteca will have the marketing rights with the Soccer league, which will generate revenue from its members viewing local programming on the local cable system.

Ngensolutions will commence affiliate marketing through the Northern Nevada Soccer League.
