                         UK AND EUROPEAN CONTRACT WINS

LONDON - Imaginatik plc (AIM: IMTK), a leading provider of Innovation and
Collaborative Problem Solving software and process, has achieved strong progress
in the UK in the first half of 2007. Since the appointment in January 2007 of
Geoff Carss as UK Managing Director, the Company has signed pilot contracts with
several major UK organisations, including one of the UK's leading insurance
companies and one of the UK's leading providers of computer technology and
consultancy. In addition, Imaginatik is currently carrying out a European
deployment for a global Pharmaceutical company.

These companies add to Imaginatik's strong international client base, which
comprises of over 100 companies including Pfizer, Hewlett-Packard, Weyerhaeuser
Corporation, Chevron Texaco Global Lubricants and Cargill Inc. Imaginatik
provides its clients with software and consulting services to help them discover
sources of additional revenue, tangible costs savings, process improvements and
increased product pipelines.
