BT Cellnet appoints Advance VISUAL COMMUNICATIONS as A reseller for
                           the BLACKBERRYTM E-MAIL SOLUTION

Advance Visual Communications plc ("Advance" or the "Company") and BT Cellnet
are pleased to announce they have entered a Business Partnership Agreement for
the provision of the BlackBerry e-mail solution to the UK market.

BT Cellnet has appointed Advance as a reseller of BlackBerry. BlackBerry is a
wireless e-mail solution which enables the user to read, compose, forward or
reply to messages from their mobile device while maintaining their single,
existing corporate e-mail address and mailbox. The BlackBerry Enterprise
Server component of the solution enables the wireless PDA device and a user's
desktop e-mail application (such as Microsoft Outlook) to be in constant
synchronisation. BlackBerry has had considerable success in the US market.

Massoud Amiri, Chief Executive, Advance Visual Communications, commented:

"We are excited to be entering the wireless enterprise data market through
this agreement. It marks our first move toward the integration of third party
solutions rather than pure bespoke work, a strategy that can compliment our
revenues without scaling our cost base.

"This is compelling growth opportunity for Advance. This agreement marks
Advance's foray into the wireless enterprise data market which to date has
been held up by the lack of appropriate wireless infrastructures. We are glad
to be at the forefront of this breaking wave."

Chris Mattheison, business marketing and sales director, BT Cellnet,
commented:

"Business people tell us one thing they want is to be able to control their
email on the move, in real time. This is exactly what Blackberry does. It
means your email mountain need never build, as time is used far more
productively. Advance will provide us with more sales opportunities as we
widen the distribution of this important service to our business customers"

About BlackBerry

The BlackBerry device was produced by the Canadian company, Research in Motion
("RIM"). Earlier in the year RIM and BT Cellnet entered a supply agreement for
the BlackBerry wireless e-mail solution for distribution in the UK.

The Blackberry solution supplied by BT Cellnet includes a GPRS compliant PDA
device that allows for a perpetually connected mobile wireless email system
for business professionals. As issued by United States Patent and Trademark
Office, "The BlackBerry Single Mailbox Integration" is patent protected
covering the system and method invented by RIM.

The BlackBerry solution offers an easy to manage, low cost setup for seamless
mobile e-mail access by corporate staff. Without BlackBerry this had been a
complicated and expensive endeavour for most organisations. Furthermore, the
version issued by BT Cellnet is JAVA compliant, which allows the development
or integration of wireless enterprise data applications for companies that
adopt the Blackberry solution in the UK.
