notice and form of proxy for the Company's Annual General Meeting
to be held on 2 March 2017, together with the printed version of
its annual report for the year ended 30 September 2016, have been
mailed to the Company's members.

The Company announced its results for the year ended 30
September 2016 on 12 December 2016.
