Confirmation of redemption of notes and cancellation of listing

Certain classes of asset-backed specialist debt securities issued by us. Paragon 
Mortgages (No.4) PLC, on 27 March 2002 (being the Notes as defined in the notice 
set out in the attached Schedule) are listed on the Official List maintained by 
the UK. Listing Authority and are admitted to trading on the London Stock 
Exchange.

In accordance with our continuing obligations under the UK Listing Rules and the 
London Stock Exchange Rules, please arrange for the attached notice to be issued 
through the Regulatory News Service on 7 July 2005 or as soon as reasonably 
practical thereafter.

CONFIRMATION OF REDEMPTION OF NOTES AND CANCELLATION OF LISTING

(Registered in England and Wales under number 3696156) 
the "issuer") 

Class A Mortgage Backed Floating Rate Notes Due 2032
(the "class A Notes")
Class B Mortgage Backed Floating Rate Notes Due 2044
(the Class B Notes and together with the Class A Notes, the "notes")


NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Issuer has fully redeemed all of the outstanding Notes 
on 7 July 2005 (the "optional Redemption Date"), pursuant to Condition 5(d) of 
the Terms and Conditions of the Class A Notes and Condition 5(d) of the Terms 
and Conditions of the Class B Notes. Accordingly, at the request of the Issuer:

(a) the Financial Services Authority in its capacity as United Kingdom Listing 
Authority has cancelled the listing of the Notes on the Official List with 
effect from the Optional Redemption Date; and

(b) the London Stock Exchange plc has cancelled the admission of the Notes to 
trading on the London Stock Exchange with effect from the Optional Redemption 
Date.
