                            Directors' Shareholdings



Armour Group Plc ("Armour" or the "Company") has been informed today that Bob
Morton and George Dexter, directors of the Company, have on 25 May 2006 acquired
in aggregate 530,000 Armour ordinary shares. Mr Morton acquired 500,000 shares
at a price of 321/2 pence per share and Mr Dexter acquired 30,000 shares at a
price of 32 pence per share. Following these purchases, Mr Morton holds 900,000
shares representing approximately 1.32 per cent. of the issued share capital of
the Company and Mr Dexter holds 1,349,146 shares representing approximately 1.97
per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
