            SECURES $1.2 MILLION DUAL BAND ANTENNA SUPPLY AGREEMENT


Armour Group plc's ("Armour") Auto Electronics Division has secured a
significant new 2 year agreementfor its CTI antenna brand to supply a new
automotive dual band GPS/GSM antenna. The antenna, designed by the Auto
Electronics Division research and development team, can receive and transmit
both GPS and GSM signals simultaneously and will be supplied for use by original
equipment manufacturers in the automotive market. The agreement, which is worth
up to $1.2 million over 2 years, is the largest entered into by Armour for its
CTI antenna brand and equates, on an annualised basis, to approximately 15% of
the existing annual sales of the CTI brand. The first deliveries will be made in
May 2004.
