 Company Restructure 
 
The Company announces that it has taken steps to significantly reduce 
operating expenses whilst it assesses all of the options to safeguard the future 
of the Company. 
 As part of this, the Company announces that Larry Woolf has resigned as 
director with immediate effect. He is stepping down following a review of costs. 
 Michael Treanor, CEO, said: 
 "On behalf of the Board I would like to thank Larry for providing his support 
and expertise to the Company.  He was a key player in the listing of the Company 
and brought invaluable insight regarding gaming issues. "
