EXERCISE OF OPTIONS
1 APRIL 2005

The Company today announces that following the announcement of results today, 
I Swire, the Financial Director of the Company, has exercised options over 
15,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company for nil consideration.  As a 
result of this transaction, Mr Swire currently has a beneficial interest in 
32,000 ordinary shares in the Company representing 0.25 per cent of the issued 
share capital of that class.

The Company also announces that today, D M Jackson the Commercial Director of 
the Company, exercised options over 15,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the 
Company for nil consideration.  As a result of this transaction, Mr Jackson 
currently has a beneficial interest in 16,500 ordinary shares in the Company 
representing 0.13 per cent of the issued share capital of that class.

The issued share capital of the Company now comprises 12,934,327 ordinary shares
of 10p each.
