Global infrastructure software firm Autonomy Corporation PLC (AU.LN) said Friday that at 1200 GMT on Oct. 13, HP Vision, a subsidiary of Hewlett-Packard Company (HPQ), had received valid acceptances from Autonomy shareholders in respect of 240.13 million shares, or 96.32%.

-Autonomy shares closed Thursday at 2555 pence valuing the company at GBP6.37 billion.
