                            Directors' Share Purchase

Bespak plc (LSE: BPK), a leader in specialty medical devices, reports that Mark
Throdahl, Chief Executive, and Martin Hopcroft, Group Finance Director, both
purchased shares and increased their shareholding in the Company on Thursday 23
March 2006.

Mark Throdahl purchased 25,500 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company at
575p each, increasing his stake in the Company's issued share capital to 0.358%.

Martin Hopcroft purchased 2,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company at
559.6p each, increasing his stake in the Company's issued share capital to 
0.027%.
