    Application has been made for 684 ordinary shares of 4 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to
AIM, in connection with the share acceptances received in relation to the offer for Penmc plc. Admission is expected to occur on 14 July
2008. Following admission, the enlarged issued share capital of the capital will be 14,096,484 Ordinary Shares.
