Pursuant to the announcement released by the Company on 16 January in respect of 
Allianz SE's holding following the sale of Dresdner Bank AG to the Commerzbank 
Group, the Company has now received further notification with regard to Allianz 
SE's holding and the recalculation of reportable holdings due to the new 
formation of Allianz Group and Commerzbank Group. 
On 15 January 2009, the Company received notification that, with effect from 12 
January 2009, following the sale of Dresdner Bank AG to the Commerzbank Group, 
Allianz SE's interest in voting rights is 675,000 ordinary shares of 4p each, 
representing 4.4 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. Allianz SE's 
interest in ordinary shares remains the same as it was prior to the sale of 
Dresdner Bank AG to the Commerzbank Group.
