GRANT OF OPTIONS
The Board of CBG Group plc, the Manchester based insurance broker and financial
services specialist, announces the grant under the Company's Enterprise
Management Incentive Scheme 2003 of options ('the EMI Scheme') to subscribe for
new ordinary shares, subject to the achievement of certain performance criteria,
in each case at 51.5p at any time between 24 August 2012 and 23 August 2019 to
certain Directors. The table below sets out the grant of options to each of the
Directors.
