DIRECTOR DEALINGS - EXERCISE OF OPTIONS 
CBG Group plc ("the Company"), the Manchester based insurance broker and 
financial services specialist, announces the exercise of options under 
the Company's Enterprise Management Incentive Scheme 2003. 
 
 
The tables below set out the total aggregate holdings and the interest in the 
total voting rights before and after the exercise of these options.

Application has been made for the new 40,000 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to 
trading on AIM and it is anticipated that dealings will commence in the new 
ordinary shares on 12 November 2009.
