PRE CLOSE TRADING STATEMENT 
AND 
NOTICE OF RESULTS 
 
 
CBG Group plc ("the Company"), the Manchester based insurance broker and 
financial services specialist, provides the following update on Group trading 
for the year ended 31 December 2009, prior to entering its close period and 
ahead of the announcement of its preliminary results. 
 
 
The Board is pleased to report that the full year results are anticipated to be 
in line with management expectations, and remain confident about the prospects 
and opportunities for the Group in the coming year. 
 
 
A further update will be given to shareholders on 23 March 2010, when the 
Company announces its preliminary results for the 12 month period to 31 December 
2009.
